Bio: Delena Nathuran takes an immersive approach to subject matter, whether they be human, object or environmental, she takes inspiration from her daily routines, working with subjects and ideas that explore the familiar with a strong focus on her own family and experiences. She is drawn to feelings of sentimentality especially of objects and experience and of the printed image not as an end result but as the starting point of another creative process, re-making photographs that oscillate between what is present and what is past.
