Bio: Since his childhood, Marc has always been fascinated by photography and began printing in the darkroom at age 16. In his 20’s he lived in France for three years and worked largely with black and white photography, developing images in his homemade darkroom. He then spent eight years in China continuing his photography practice. Marc then returned to New Zealand and studied a Bachelor of Design and Visual arts in 2011 at UNITEC. He then continued on to study a Masters of Fine Arts in 2015 at Elam School of Fine Arts.

Marc enjoys working with different cultures and local communities, which give him the opportunity to engage with his favourite subjects- people and their stories.
