Rochelle

Bio: Rochelle is an Australian-based photographer working in corporate communications.

Her photography often reflects her interest in ordinariness and the everyday. She looks beyond seeing people as photo opportunities, and considers them as opportunities for her (and sometimes them) to observe, connect and learn from a shared interaction.

Rochelle’s work has exhibited at the Ballarat Foto Biennale, and the Australian Centre for the Moving Image.

She is currently working on two photo projects – one relating to water rights in rural India; the other an ongoing work which asks people from around the world the same five questions to reveal a commonality about hope, aspirations and fears irrespective of race or culture.
